Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one y9game account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. y9game employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
y9game is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID); proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership.
y9game reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending the completion of identity verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y9game username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify y9game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. y9game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

y9game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), direct bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
y9game reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal request relates to funds derived from bonus play that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Please review the specific bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer on y9game.
y9game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
y9game reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
y9game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player at the time of the change, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
All games on the y9game platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by y9game's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. y9game does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Each game available on y9game has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout rate. y9game shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions; (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's own negligence.
The y9game platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y9game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
y9game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) y9game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the Player's account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; or (d) y9game is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the Player at y9game's discretion, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to y9game.
Players may request the closure of their y9game account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after the deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
